Delivery and store pickup depend on the listing, participating branch and your selected location. Qkat checks supported locations; browsing a store does not guarantee delivery to every address.

Fees and estimates

Review the delivery quote and total at checkout. Estimates vary by courier, distance, item and store readiness. Qkat does not promise a universal delivery time.

Evidence retention

Delivery and handover evidence is retained for a limited period for transaction protection and dispute handling. Evidence related to an active issue may be retained longer until the matter is resolved.

Collecting and tracking

For store pickup, use the branch and instructions attached to your order. Do not assume a separate pickup point is supported. Check your transaction for fulfilment updates and contact support if information is missing.
