Transactional updates depend on setup
Booking updates and customer support messages use configured workflows. They are separate from promotional broadcasts. Check your business configuration before promising customers automated order or booking updates.
Consent, templates and costs
Outbound messaging must follow applicable Meta and WhatsApp rules, including customer opt-in and approved templates where required. Messaging may incur Meta or provider charges in addition to Qkat fees. Confirm the applicable requirements and pricing before sending; unlimited free messaging is not offered.
